muffins in france!!

your post made me laugh, not at you per se, although because it reminded me of elaine ill fated muffin top venture on seinfeld. for some reason, that relate would make me roll on a lawn laughing in a way no other demonstrate could. (perhaps i am just a big geek.)

the muffins are generally lovely. in the area where doing work, the muffins are all enormous and cake ey in addition to too sweet and crumbly. my goal is to try making corn brownies to bring into the office for mid morning break!!
