Indians among world's happiest individuals

NEW YORK (Reuters) Despite economic woes, wars, conflicts and natural disasters the world is a happier location today than it was 4 years ago and Indonesians, Indians and People in mexico seem to be the most contented folks on the planet.

More than three quarters of an individual around the globe who were questioned inside an international poll said these folks were happy with their cccc lives and nearly a quarter described their selves as very happy.

"The world is a happier place today and now we can actually measure it simply because we have been tracking it,In said John Wright, senior vice chairman of Ipsos Global, which has questioned the happiness of more than 18,1000 people in 24 countries due to cccc the fact 2007.

But he added that expectations of the reason why people are happy should be cautiously weighed.

"It is not just about the economic climate and their well being. It is about a total series of other factors that make these folks who they are today."

South america and Turkey rounded out the top five happiest nations, though Hungary, South Korea, Russia, Spain plus Italy had the fewest number of happy people.

Perhaps proving that money can't buy cccc happiness, residents of several of the world biggest economic abilities, including the United States, Canada along with Britain, fell in the middle of the happiness scale.

"There is a pattern that suggests that there are many other factors after economy that make people content, so it does provide one part but it is not the whole tale," said Wright.

"Sometimes the greatest pleasure is a cooked meal or simply cccc a roof over your head," he stated. "Relationships remain the No. 1 rationale around the world where people say they have got invested happiness and maybe with those cultures family has a considerably greater degree of impact."

Regionally Latin America had the highest quantity of happy people, followed by America, Asia Pacific and the Center East and Africa. Just 15 percent of Europeans reported they were very happy.

On a far more personal note married couples tended to be happier than singles although men seemed to be as articles as women. Education and also age also had an effect with more people under 27 saying they are very happy as compared with 25 49 year olds. College also equated with greater happiness.
